I, Surly Spitforge von Fishbarrel, Baron of Urth, hereby let it be known that I pledge to His Majesty, King Manus, that I will serve Him and through Him the Kingdom of Hyperion as Lord Justiciar of Hyperion. I will uphold this office to the expectations of His Majesty until the launch of Darkfall Online, at which point I will vacate the position.
